At Don Carmelo's, we're
more than just pizza. We feature a number of Italian Specialties and
we'll be adding even more to our menu this year. And if you're
starting the New Year trying to be more "health conscious"
you'd be surprised just how healthy we can be. In fact, Don
Carmelo's has the lowest fat content of all the
most popular pizzas in the Omaha area as determined by an
independent food analysis conducted by Midwest Labs and
published in the Omaha World Herald a few years back!
Calzone The Calzone is a folded pizza, half-moon shaped with ricotta
cheese and toppings tucked inside. Served with a side of our special
red sauce. Try the Special loaded with sausage, green pepper,
onion, mushroom and mozzarella cheese.
The Italian
Burrito™ Also know as the Stromboli, it's a rolled pizza stuffed with
your choice of ingredients, and covered with our special red sauce
and melted provolone cheese. Try it "Party Style" which is 32
inches of pure heaven, enough for 5 hungry people or cut it up to
serve at your next party.
Hoagie Depending on what part of the country you're from, you might
call them subs, grinders or "big sandwiches." Most call 'em
delicious! Available with quality deli meats or try our
signature Meatball or Home Style Sausage
Hoagie.
White Pizza
Combos Hold the
sauce and bring on the cheese. The pizza man's specialty in the
White Pizza and the "white" is ricotta cheese. Try the "New Yorker"
with meatball, ham and extra cheese or the "5th Avenue" with
prosciutto and extra cheese. Cheese lovers only,
please!
New York Style
Pizza It's why they keep coming back. Often imitated,
never duplicated. Our pizza crust is hand tossed, topped with our
special red sauce, a special blend of cheeses and your choice of
toppings from Artichokes to Xtra Cheese (sorry, no "Z" toppings
available.)
Grilled chicken, sausage, pepperoni,
beef, spicy sausage, ham, Canadian bacon, pesto, onions, mushrooms,
green pepper, black and green olives, anchovies, jalapenos, roma
tomatoes, artichokes, broccoli, pineapple, spinach, fresh garlic and
extra cheese.
